IRRIGATION SYSTEMS

Dynamic control of 8 powerful pumps connected over Profibus. Distribution of 600000 m3 water per season.
Our standard consists of weather resistant and maintenance free plants for this industry.
 


FERMENTATION

To reach a high quality result, the fermentation has to be controlled continuous.
This high sophisticated task is managed by the 2P Automation fermentation control which controls and documents the whole process. The alarm function gives you real time indication about proceeding of the upper- and lower limits

All controlled processes are documented:

  • circulating pump
  • compressed air re-circulation
  • stamp
  • agitator
The measurement values are evaluated and archived in Client-Server architecture.
This gives us the possibility to document the whole fermentation process.
 

CONTROL SYSTEMS

The 2P Automation control systems are customized exactly on your needs.
We are very focused on reliability, ease of use, and the replication of the process flow.
To match needs e.g. in the pharmaceutical or food industry we developed modules for the traceability of raw materials / products. The use of state-of-the-art technology and structures offers open systems with:

Dispatching handling systems are based on an audited concept under consideration of the specific requirement of the customer.
The customer need is the base fort he functionality and the selection of the prophetical components. There are various system configurations possible:
  • Systems with an ordinary weighing function
  • Systems with the integration of loading control, mixture plants, mobile data stations to support the personnel with the administration of the construction container or the administration of an external stock over distributed data
